2025 is Fully in Swing!

The New Year began snowy and white in Central New York. I loved being able to have my first official white Christmas and also to have a white first month. As I write this part of the update it is snowing large white snowflakes. I realize in this time that I love cold and snow but I’m not as much a fan of wind gusts while it is super cold and snowing 🥶

Romania Trip

My husband and I felt led to go to Romania this January to take part in ministering in the KCPR Arise Global has in there. On the way we got to experience Munich for much longer than anticipated and learned that they have some great sleeping pods if you need a few hours reprieve from the airport busyness and are in need of some sleep.

This was a great trip, seeing God move in people and God growing Brian and I in ministering together. It was such an honor to be a part of the weekend event Arise Global put on for our revival students. Both my husband and I were on the worship team. (Brian is on the drums and I’m behind the computer at the key board 😆) It was so powerful to be with those who are Romanian and leading worship together. During this we got to see God bring freedom to many people through these times of worship.

During one of the worship sessions a student heard from God to let God “out of the box”. That he had been putting God in a box of what He would do. And then the next day I had the opportunity to share my story of hope and disappointment and believing in God no matter the circumstances. During me sharing I felt to share the part of my story where God said “I need you to let me out of the box. Let me go.” I had been dealing with disappointment and I had wanted and believed for God to show up in a certain way and He hadn’t yet and He was telling me to let Him go, to trust Him no matter what I see. This student shared with me after that he had been struggling with feeling like if God didn’t show up in a certain way then he wouldn’t be ok with that and how God was moving in his heart. Thank You Jesus for setting us free from who we think You should be and letting us see who You really are! So, after hours or practice and then more hours or worship and ministering to the students one on one we wrapped up our trip by all our flights bringing us back home as anticipated.

Stepping out of Missionary Encounters

Our group of students (in the picture to the right) who are a part of this ministry have been growing so much in how they hear God’s voice and also how they share what God is saying with others. We’ve had missionaries from all over the world join these sessions and get up at 1, 2, or 3am to join online from where they are.

During these last few months I have officially handed over this ministry completely to my co-worker and she is doing such a great job with it! I have handed this over because I am stepping fully into leading other areas of our ministry.

Leading Asia KCPR and Asia trip

January was a crunch time for setting up the group in Asia. This time I was given the privilege to step into leading this group. I have stepped out of Missionary Encounters fully, other than some admin needs and I have stepped into Assistant Director of Asia KCPR. It has been such a good and growing few months. I have set up this program this year while also adding a new piece. We added Interns to our ministry structure. I’m excited for this as we are believing for the Lord to build this ministry further. We have five interns learning and growing in what Heavenly Kingdom leadership looks like. I’m so thankful to have them with us. We also have a more even mix of men and women this year which is super good to see!

During these last few weeks again Brian and I traveled overseas to Asia to minister in person with this group of people that I am leading. Unfortunately due to security I am unable to share many pictures online. But it was such a POWERFUL time! This was my and Brian’s first time to east Asia. And wow was it such a good experience. The people we both fell in love with and the heart for the Lord was so beautiful to see.

Our trip took us to three different cities an we met with people in my Asia Group and we also met with intercessors across the nation. We felt that God wanted this trip to have a two fold purpose; one, to minister to those we have in our weekly KCPR group and two, to minister to those who are interceding for their nation day by day and year by year.

So many people were greatly impacted by this time. Our interns have shared how since this trip the students have been different and even the group of believers have had a change because of what God did.

We ministered to over 125 people individually. During these individual prayer and ministry sessions people experienced God’s personal love for them and also experienced freedom. One person we ministered to had such a life changing time of God healing them that afterward my husband and I were sharing with each other on how they were so different. And the person also shared with me days later that they felt so different but also how they were seeing life had changed, the cloudiness of thinking and the heaviness was gone. You could see it on their face and how they interacted with people. Another testimony was of a man I was able to pray for along with a team mate of mine. He had really bad back pain and leg pain. We prayed for his back and leg and he shared that his back pain was better and the leg pain was all gone! He was testing it out and moving in ways he had been struggling to moments before. 🙌🏻 Thank You Jesus for setting us free and giving us Your life and healing our wounds!

Above is the picture of the night skyline of this city that went for as far as the eye could see and beyond.

We also were able to minister to groups of people where the amount of people was in the hundreds. I was honestly surprised we were able to gather in groups larger than 100 and pursue Jesus together but I was also humbled by the fact that doing so in the US is such a normal thing. We were able to teach and also see how God touched some with His power that was visible by those shaking and being set free, while others were being touched by His love and they shared feeling such deep peace and comfort. Many we ministered to felt so isolated in their pursuit of God but also in their pursuit of God moving in their nation. One group mentioned over and over how they were so thankful that we came, that they aren’t alone, and this was before we had been able to share anything with them yet. Each group we met with was such a powerful time of God bringing freedom, hope and truth. We went to strengthen the saints in their work and that is exactly what happened.

I am praying that we will have an opportunity to go back in the future, hopefully this fall. And Also, praying that God will help us continue to see His plan and purpose and how He wants us to partner with His purpose in this nation. Also, that everything He wants in this nation will come to be, through us or through others.

Volunteering Locally

For the last few months now I have been volunteering on the prayer team at church with Brian. We are a team ministering to individuals. It has been a great way to serve the church body while also loving on and getting to know people in the church community. We were able to pray for a guy’s shoulder recently and it was healed! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

What’s coming the next few months

  • In this next month I will be wrapping up this years Asia KCPR and will start the process of planning for next years. We are praying about beginning this group this coming fall and doing a 7 month version. This has been a desire from the moment we began this group a few years ago. We want to be able to grow this group into the full length version we have been running in Romania. So this is very exciting but also we are in the praying and strategizing phase with God.
  • The month of May into June will be time for me to be building my support team. I will be looking for God to fill a large portion of my monthly income soon from other sources. Praying for wisdom on this and Him to open the doors He intends.
  • Then by June Brian’s son Timmy will be graduating high school!! Wow! Very excited about this but also… wow! Such a big step! He is amazing, such a smart and genuine man. We are all proud of him and looking forward to what God will do in him in this next season!
  • Summer time will hopefully prove to be a launching forward in getting the house renovations complete. And all of us moved over. Lord, let it be!! 😊
