Asia KCPR

This school has completed for our 21 students. I wish I could show a picture of their lively and joy filled faces here, but due to security I am not able to. Through this KCPR we saw another group of students walk through freedom and transformation as they really started to experience the unconditional love of the Father. So many people in this group have gone from hopeless to full of anticipation of God doing good things and it is evident in their countenance and in what they share. One of our students she hid from the screen for the first half of the school but then her small group leader walked her through hearing what God says about her and breaking up with her past. Now she is showing up and ready to be seen and she is full of joy. One of our last classes she volunteered to speak in front of the whole school sharing a testimony of what God has done in her. Not only is she visibly changed but she is now speaking up with what God has done, another evidence of Him healing her! Praise God! Another student shared with me that before the school she didn’t realize how critical she had been of other people but God started speaking to her of how He wants to change “her”. And she was starting to hear His voice show her who she really is. For instance He told her “you are full of kindness towards others,” and not only this was a truth she received from Him but she started to live this out because she believed Him and she noted how she treated people was changing and now she wanted to serve others. God has started transforming individuals and also families. Families are experiencing what it is to love each other. Where before they didn’t even have conversations longer than 5 minutes, now they were setting aside time to connect with each other and speak love. God has done so much in these last few months in each person’s life! I could go on and on.
We are planning a longer school beginning this fall. Lord willing this plan will succeed. This has been our goal since we began our Asia KCPR 4 years ago and this will give us the opportunity to walk with our students for a longer time (around 7 months) as they experience His transformation. We are believing for God to bring us more staff and volunteers who help lead small groups and disciple our students according to Heaven’s culture. I am in planning mode and having meetings with leaders and staff as we prepare.
Team Building

This month I am again in the process of building up my support team. Every year I have a few new people who join and a few who do not continue for various reasons. And so I am learning this process is ever continual. I am pursuing churches, small groups, home groups, individuals and more to see how God wants to provide for this next season of ministry. I am so thankful for every person and group that has supported me through out the last few years. I look back on the things that God has done and the lives of people He has changed through this ministry and I am filled with awe and gratefulness. I know God has more people He wants me to reach and even more people as Brian and I work together to reach the nations. And we are believing for the Lord to fulfill the financial needs we have. I remind myself as we grow our support team that His word says “For Scripture says, ‘Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain,’ and ‘The worker deserves his wages.’” 1 Timothy 5:18. And that our Boss is the best boss. 🙌🏻 As of now a few more people have been added to our financial team and a church has joined us as well! We are believing the Lord for a couple more churches and about 10 more individuals or families to join us financially. This will bring us to being FullyFunded. 🎉 Wow! Thank You Jesus for this progress!
Family and House Renovations
These last few weeks have been wrapping up Brian’s son’s last year of high school and all the last school events, many ceremonies and concerts and activities. Last night our church had a Senior Night. And in this night the elders and pastors pray and speak words from God over every senior graduating. It was such a powerful time of seeing these young men and woman be championed by their church leaders and for them to have words of life and God’s power spoken into them. These are the moments that will mark them and bring about God’s plans in their lives. 🔥

On our weekends most weeks we have been working hard on a house that Brian and I have gotten from his family. We were blessed by the family keeping the price at a lower amount and not in line with the inflated market. This was such a gift to begin with. But then we have also been putting in a lot of work into this older home and we have had friends and family come to help us renovate and rebuild parts of this home. We believe the house is from the late 1800’s and we know that it had many parts added on to it over time. And we are continuing this “adding on” as we recently were able to build one of the two dormers that will be on the back of our new home. Much work is still needed for us to be able to move in, but we are seeing the progress! Sooo thankful for this! All of us are ready to move in, but just getting the house ready. 😜
Future Plans

- The future holds many things I’m sure that we have yet to discover but we are also being led to plan a trip to Asia in the fall/winter. So, we are setting up the plans for this (timing, location, budget, etc) This will be in connection with our KCPR there but also connected with ministering personally to other local ministry leaders.
- My team is also planning for an overseas staff team retreat this year. Every year we have a 4 day staff retreat with the Arise Global staff. This retreat helps build vision for the year to come and also to seek God’s heart together and have time of fellowship with each other. These are mandatory for all on staff but now that we have staff in other nations. We are looking for a location to meet that makes it feasible for all staff members. This is still in the planning stages but my expectation is to travel a ways for it, especially since I am not local with my California team anymore.
- Our hope with the house is to move in by late summer or early fall. Lord let it be! 🙏
More fun to come I’m sure, but I have yet to learn about it. Haha. God knows what’s up His sleeves and we look forward to finding out. 😄
Thank you for going with us to the nations!
